Col. Frederick A. Cummins has been nearly forgotten, but back in the day his show rivaled Buffalo Bill’s – and was the hit of the 1904 World’s Fair in St. Louis. Cummins was also the most widely-trusted White among Native American tribes. This image is reproduced from an ultra-rare 1908 program.
