We do everything humanly possible to assure your order is shipped safely and securely. Products are shipped via U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, and Insurance and Delivery Confirmation are included in our shipping charges. A $2.00 Handling & Materials fee is charged for each total order. Posters, etc. are carefully rolled, wrapped in 4-mil poly and shipped in heavy-duty, double-walled tubes or in sturdy triangular tubes. Garments and soft goods are folded in poly bags and mailed in tear-proof, water-resistant polyolefin mailers.
For shipping to international and offshore addresses – those removed from the Continental United States – please contact us for exact charges.
Rush orders and overnight shipping may be available at a premium. Inquire regarding costs for your specific order.
Most of the products offered on our website are custom made. Please be aware that shipping times will vary according to product ordered, Custom Art Prints can require from 1-2 weeks or longer; garments 3-6 weeks. We notify you by email when your order is shipped, should unusual delays occur.

YOU MUST INFORM US WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT IF YOUR ORDER WAS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, AND YOU MUST RETURN THE ORDER IN ITS ORIGINAL SHIPPING MATERIAL (ORIGINAL TUBE AND ORIGINAL POLY BAG) TO COWBOYS & IMAGES; UPON RECEIPT AND VERIFICATION, WE WILL SHIP YOUR EXCHANGE WITHIN 3-5 WORKING DAYS. Customer must assume cost of return shipping. Cowboys & Images will ship replacement order free of charge.

Many of our images are available in larger sizes than indicated – and some are of a quality that will bear significant enlargement, to 4-foot by 8-foot, for example, or even larger.

On each of these individual “product pages” you will also find a “Shopping Basket” button which, when clicked, places the item in your basket. You will not commit to any purchase until you complete the entire purchasing process.
When ordering by phone, please provide the title, print type and size indicated for each product, and the quantity of each you wish to purchase.
