Bell-Rock was perhaps the greatest Crow war party leader of his day and a contemporary of Plenty-Coups, Covers-His-Face and Bear-in-the-Water. He lived a long life, dying in 1932 at the age of 90. This magnificent image dates between 1898 and 1899.
