Diving Horse Antiqued - [ 18” x 27” Custom Art Print] $120.00

One of the most popular American attractions of the 1880’s-1930’s was invented by famous western marksman and showman, William “Doc” Carver. Doc’s daughter, Lorena, was the first and best-known performer, but other Diving Horse acts drew crowds crisscrossing every region of the country.

We’ve searched for a specimen of the announcement posters for many years but have come up empty. So, we found a contemporaneous illustration and employing typefaces and designs of that time, created our own – right down to the snipe at the bottom. We make it available in this “slightly-aged-and-used” look or in the straight-up version you’ll find nearly.

We recommend having it dry-mounted on acid-free board and hung unframed…but however you do it and wherever you hang it, it won’t go unnoticed or uncommented on.

It’s also available in an imposing 24” x 36” format. Like all our custom prints, it is produced using the highest standards of reproduction technology and fine archival paper. We ship it to you carefully rolled in a protective poly sleeve and heavy-duty mailing tube.
